Easy set up process and very good communication between setup and funding. I made one error during the setup and had to contact support to get it corrected. The support team responded to my email within 2 hours and made the correction immediately. Very professional and friendly.
In reality, nothing has happened to me at iTrustCapital. Or once I needed a transfer from my Chase bank and you solved the problem.

Works well,the conditional buys and sales features are great.
There are a lot of great things to say about iTrustCapital including the ability to invest in crypto within an IRA, especially a Roth to save on those nasty taxes. In addition, there are low trading fees, referral bonuses and customer service has been great. I also like the addition of stop/loss but haven't had a chance to utilize. The negatives have been minimal but include not always setting the right expectations. I've been pleased with itrustcapital. It was easy to set up and make first deposit. I have made 2 additional deposits that went thru pretty quickly.
