Customer Service at iTrustCapital Recently, I took a distribution from my IRA at iTC. Rafael conducted the account verification process. He was extremely helpful and personable. After we completed the verification process he mentioned it would be 3-5 business days before the funds would make it to my bank account. About three hours later, I had occasion to access my account for another reason, and I was shocked to see the funds had already been deposited to my account!
