I opened up a Roth IRA and it was one of the easiest processes to do and funded it without any issues. The crypto choices are good and they just added a new feature where you can set limit orders in case you want to wait for it to go down more and then buy. They also sent me an iTrust Capital thermal mug that was so nice of them. Lastly, I wrote in and asked if they would consider making the min contribution of $1000 to $500 and they did implement this. The amount of time it took to transfer funds from brokerage to iTrust, then a 3 business day check hold turned into 5.5 days before I could invest.
Great product and service so far. In the future I would like to be able to see my average cost, gains/lost, and total contributions
I was a bit skeptical and really just testing the waters of yet another crypto company with a lot of promises. They only recommendation I have to Itrust is to request all KYC information at once vice sequentially. But that may be their process. Long story short, the setup was beyond easy. Very easy process to sign up for. During the account set up process, they called to make sure I didn’t have any questions and provided instructions on how to help expedite the rollover/funding process. I contacted the custodian of my other IRA to have the funds ready, and instead of two weeks to process (as expected) , iTrust (over delivered) had it done in two business days.
