Our waiter had no personality. Didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. I made us wait for a long time before he came and took our order.
We had a reservation for 7:45 for 6 people and were not seated until nearly an hour later. It was my son’s birthday. There was not an apology for the late seating and not extra accommodations for our inconvenience. There was not an acknowledgment of the birthday even though it was included in our reservation. From the time we got there until the time we left everything was a confusing disaster. No one understood what gluten-free meant, nobody tried to understand and it's the worst experience I've ever had at J Prime. I won't be going back until they get their act together and I went there frequently.
Overrated and too expensive for what you get. Good cuts of meat, decent service but completely overpriced and overrated.
food is great and all, but too many busy bodies walking around, no quiet moment for romantic feels, server is good but didn’t acknowledge his own mistake, waited for appetizer to be served 25 minutes after ordering it, waited 1 hour and 25 minutes to get the main course, lost our appetite for dessert as we got treated like nobody not as important as the other people, felt disappointed and discriminated.
Steak was overcooked, however, the service was top notch. Maybe it’s just me, but I struggle with paying so much for a steak that I can cook better at home for 1/3 the price.
