Randy was great, and very thorough. When we have more work done in the future, you can bet it will be with Jack Pixley.
They were on time, did the work agreed but also noted a couple of extra bricks that needed repair and did that work also. They clearly care about the job they do and wanted to make sure my chimney was in excellent repair when they left. They cleaned up and left the area in great shape. Overall the new work looks great.

Very professional and polite technician. Took his time doing thorough inspection and cleaning of the flues. Left my house clean and even cleaned the ash out of the fireplaces. He went up on my roof to inspect the outside chimneys with a lot of snow present. This is the second time I have had them do work for me and am 100% satisfied and would highly recommend this company.
Very happy with the service and company. They communicated clearly when service would be happening. I was given a 2 hour window which seemed reasonable. Dave was professional and seemed very experienced. Received a copy of pictures and measurements that were taken.
Fine. A little expensive for simply setting the damper back in its channel ($149). Now that I have learned how to do it myself, I won't call them for that particular service again. Chalk it up to a $149 flue damper repair lesson. :-) However, the technician was very professional and polite. For more major repairs / chimney sweeping, I would definitely call them again.
The experience level of the technician was AMAZING and PRICELESS! He was professional and courteous and more thorough than I expected. His remote video camera saved on inspection time and was very telling about the cracks and eroded mortar in our flue. We will absolutely use this company for our repair job! We have ZERO doubt!!!
