Everything went well and all of my questions were answered.
They were very prompt and knowledgeable Of their services. Great chimney sweep in James. He explained everything he was doing and I watched on the video as he Inspected the chimney up to the top cover. Very interesting.

The technician was punctual (calling ahead as to when to expect his arrival), professional, competent, & courteous. He discussed what he found, answered questions & made recommendations. We were very satisfied.
It went excellent, The young man called and informed me when he was 30 minuets away. Arrived right on time, answered all my questions and actually invited me to watch as he ran a chimney camera the full length of the chimney. Great job and fair price.
Anton arrived on time and was very efficient. He answered all of my questions and gave me a clue to easier lighting of my pilot light. The fireplace looks like a new one. I am very pleased with the service and will ask for Anton next time my fireplace needs service.
