Excellent service and company! We have had Pixley sweep our chimney every year for many years. They are professional, punctual, and neat - no mess left behind! They use remote cameras to show the customer what the chimney looks like inside, so you can see that it has been swept clean. I would highly recommend them. We also had them install a metal liner in our chimney about 13-14 years ago, after the tiles inside cracked, and that job has held up in excellent fashion since it was done!
No complaints. Always on time. We have hired them for other things in the past.
Anton was amazing! We have had several chimney sweeps but none as thorough as Anton did. He was here for two hours and recommended a few service's as we had some cracks in the crown of the fireplace and some moss growing on the brick. This was proven by the pictures he took.( I had also pointed out a small stain on the ceiling next to the fire place). I have already made an appointment to get those repairs done. They are very good. They found the problem, explained in detail what was needed and took pictures of the final job.
Called prior to arriving, arrived at the earliest point of the arrival window. Left the area clean and the fireplace looks like new again. Charged exactly what was quoted.
We had a great experience with Jack Pixley Sweeps. Randy was very professional, even explaining to us what he was doing. He had a few recommendations for making our fireplace work better and safer, but was not pushy in any way.
Really good! He was very helpful and offered tips and knowledge about the use and safety of my particular fireplace. Friendly and professional! After inspection he said I didn't even need the cleaning but told me how many fires til I would. It was easy to schedule and he was on time.
