We recently had Jack Pixley Sweeps come to perform full chimney and fireplace inspections of our three fireplaces and two chimneys. Their service technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was extremely professional and personable right from the start. He performed a very detailed and thorough inspection of all three fireplaces using his closed circuit video system that showed the inside surfaces of the flue lining in very high resolution detail. very professional and honest, they let you see the camera screen to show you where the trouble spots are in the chimney.
These guys did everything right. They made an effort to fit us in on very short notice, they arrived right when they said they would, their technician was great, and made the whole chimney cleaning experience a very positive thing. From the picture he showed us our chimney is clean as can be now. I would be happy to recommend them to anybody.

Went good have it done once a year
Excellent service and company! We have had Pixley sweep our chimney every year for many years. They are professional, punctual, and neat - no mess left behind! They use remote cameras to show the customer what the chimney looks like inside, so you can see that it has been swept clean. I would highly recommend them. We also had them install a metal liner in our chimney about 13-14 years ago, after the tiles inside cracked, and that job has held up in excellent fashion since it was done!
No complaints. Always on time. We have hired them for other things in the past.
Anton was amazing! We have had several chimney sweeps but none as thorough as Anton did. He was here for two hours and recommended a few service's as we had some cracks in the crown of the fireplace and some moss growing on the brick. This was proven by the pictures he took.( I had also pointed out a small stain on the ceiling next to the fire place). I have already made an appointment to get those repairs done.
