Kind, professional, knowledgeable, and has excellent support staff. Dr. Shen performed my sinus surgery. Great doctor!
I did have a minimal wait. She did listen to my issues and did a physical exam. She really did not have much to reassure me but rather told me more testing was needed. I was disappointed as she did not discuss possible causes for my issues or management. I left waiting for more testing and feeling rather hopeless. She is not a bad doctor just not very helpful for my issue at this time. I am hoping for answers at my next visit.
I will and have recommended Dr. Shen because she care about her patients. She will call you about your test results. Good doctor.
