Joe helped me to do a 25 year refinance, saving me almost $20,000 in the long run. I called him after a bank started harassing me to do a 30 year refinance but I suspected it wouldn't save me any money, Joe confirmed my suspicion. I've refinanced with him twice now, first time because I needed cash to pay off the builder and the second time was to lower my interest rate.
