We have been working with Joe for nearly a year looking for a unique property. Joe and his team are absolutely amazing down to earth people. We have used him to refinance and to purchase are second home. When the deal fell through on the first home we going to purchase. Are world was turned upside down. Joe and his team did everything they could to make sure our closing on the second house went of with out a hitch. Joe was always available and returned my calls and texts quickly. If problems arose, he took care of everything right away, so that deadlines were met and so that the closing stayed on track. I would definitely work with Joe again.
