Joe, helped us with our first home purchase (a condo). And we asked his help again with our house purchase. With Joe, during the first purchase the mysteries of mortgage were explained from A-Z. He gave us all scenerios that we request in terms of deciding on down payment amount to which loan whether conventional or FHA, etc. and suggested better in line with our financial capabilities. With Joe, you don't get just a mortgage advisor, but financial advisor as well! He works quick and efficient. Trustworthy!
