Joe was very knowledgeable and responsive to my requests. He provide a spreadsheet with all my options and the costs for each option. He went over the options with me and provided input and advise as to the best option for me. I live out in the country and Joe and his team came out to me at a time convenient for me.I would highly recommend Joe Maestro for financing your Real Estate purchase.
Joe was by our side through thick and thin. He's straight forward and one of the most honest and thorough people we've ever met! My fiancé and I purchased our first home this year. I can honestly say I had no idea what was going on with all the different terminology that goes along with purchasing a home. Joe was wonderful and patient with us and our million questions. He did an exceptional job in breaking down the entire process in terms I could actually comprehend. He is knowledgeable about the different loans programs and helped me find the right one for my family. Joe prompt in contacting me, meeting with me, and educating me on the process. However, after our initial meeting, he called me more than once unaware of who he had called or who I was. These actions made me weary of his capability to be available and accurate during the home buying process.
