He is very professional and explained me all my financing options when I first met him. He explained what I had to do in order to qualify for the loan. Highly recommended!! Joe was very helpful, very professional, and knowledgeable. He's on top of everything, very organized, and he always responded quick at all times. We had a problem with our loan application at the beginning, but Joe found a solution as soon as possible, and in fact we closed earlier than the expected closing date. We would definitely work with Joe again in the future, and always recommend him to friends and co workers.

Joe was an incredible man to work with! As first time home buyers this whole process went so smoothly with the help of Joe. He was fast to answer any and all questions we had, I had some that were a bit goofy too. He was fast, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to get along with. We would recommend him to anyone that wants to buy a house or anyone who needs a lender!

Joe was excellent! He always answered my questions immediately and was there at the 11th hour to make sure that we had the correct documentation and closed on time. When ever I would e-mail him a question, he would come back within the same hour with a response. Also, the day before we closed, the closing document was missing the seller's credit.
