Outside of offering competitive rates, what distinguishes Joe in this highly competitive industry is his prime customer service. Joe closed our original purchase loan in 2013. Recently, he alerted us to the fact that home values in our area were up and that we might be able to lower our PMI by refinancing. After working with him, we were able to remove PMI completely and lower our monthly payment by over $200! Joe presented us with all the figures for different loan options in an easy-to-understand manner and was extremely prompt responding to our questions. We are so grateful for his expertise and follow-through!

My wife and I had a very good experience with Joe Maestro. The biggest compliment I can give is that he was very professional in my home and throughout the entire re-financing process. Since Joe responded to my emails usually within a couple of hours or less I never felt like I was just another file on his desk, which is important since this was one of the bigger financial transactions my wife and I will deal with in our lives. If we should refinance again, Joe will get first shot at my business.

Joe was very knowledgeable and responsive to my requests. He provide a spreadsheet with all my options and the costs for each option. He went over the options with me and provided input and advise as to the best option for me.
