I believe all car dealerships are rip offs I did not like that I took it for one thing and they find other things they say are needed, how do we know that they are telling you the truth. I was not there to see what they say needed repaired. and the cost to repair, man it was just much. I should have left there for a trade or down payment on another vehicle

The roters were to be replaced i had to take car back and give another day yo wait for them to replace what should have been done in first place. After done im satisfied
Alignment job performed was done in a reasonable time and good quality. Still doesn't excuse the horrid performace this shop had with my car, which involved the motor BLOWING UP and a piece of it flying out. Nice. Alignment work is good, motor work, RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THEM seriously.
They had my car a Kia Optima for three or four days, did some work on the engine and said a recall for the motor didn't apply to my car. I pick up my car and less than 10 miles after the engine shuts off while driving. Nice. I send the car back on a tow truck and they had it for two weeks and said there was nothing wrong with it. 5 miles after I pick it up, my engine literally BLEW UP, a piece of motor flew in the air. Fort Bend Kia replaced the motor in 4 days, Kia warranty paid all.
Awful service!!! Nothing was done to my vehicle. Can hardly wait for this lame lease to be over. No more Mazda's in my lifetime! On to bigger and better things. Very poor service!

Tranny (transmission) kicked and moments later the tranny fluid started pouring out of the tranny housing. My Kia was still under the 10yr/100,000mile warranty and so I had it towed to Joe Myers Kia. They said that it would take a few days to get approval from Kia Korea, some time for the tranny to be shipped from Korea, and that it would take some time to install the tranny. Did not know that the Kia battery had its own warranty outside of the 10yr/100,000mile warranty. Turns out that the 2yr warranty (1yr free replacement-1yr prorated) begins when the battery was installed and not when the vehicle was purchased. My warranty expired by one month and it would have been nice to get a free replacement seeing that it expired by one month, but I had to pay another $180 for another low quality Kia battery.
