The gentleman that handled my service was good. The issue can to when the work was needed to be done. They stated they didnt have the part and couldnt get it from another dealership. But stated Archer Kia had the part, I went to Archer in order to get the work done. The service representative said they would have sent the part to Myers if requested. Arrived An Hour Early To My Appointment, Upon Arrival I Was Advised 1 Hour Wait. About 20 Mins Later I Was Informed I Had 2 Recalls And It Would Take A Half A Day. My Service Appointment Was Made 3 Weeks In Advance, If Workers Did Their Due Diligence And Researched The Problems Before Hand, I Wouldve Been Prepared To Wait. Once I Was Told I Had To Wait 8 Hours, I Was Only Offered A Uber Ride Up To 15 Miles When I Live 45 Mins Away From The Dealership! Joe Meyers Kia Need To Do Better!!!
The service advisor didn't take good care of my vehicle He didn't show any interest into helping me into what I was telling him to do for my vehicle. Than he called me a name behind my back.

Do not take your car to JOE MEYERS for anything! My car was there due to a blown up motor that had no indicator light at all! While my car was on their property waiting for a backordered motor it caught on fire. It could have been a fluke incident because 4 other car where involved as well. But it could have been avoided according to the service person I finally got the news from 2 months after the fire. Will never do business with them again. Kia's are trash!

I did gave a good review, but what happened to me this weekend went out of town was unacceptable, the car wouldnt start, and checked under the covered battery was a shock, the corrosion was grossly buildup around it. Apparently the caps on the battery were not fully snapped in which caused the liquid leaked out, the car was in serviced in Sept as scheduled and as I understood that they cleaned it, the battery was bought at the dealer too and still should be in warranty. I couldn't contact them. They never response text, email even call. I couldn't know my car repair status and they did not notice finished. So I cannot use my car during 1 week.
