Too many things to list. I only came to get my adaptive cruise fixed because I had a 3,000 mile trip ahead of me, just say "he failed" I threw you a bone with my oil change, with a non free rotation. I got a list of 10 recommendations. I chose 2. When I arrived home couldn't find list of 10. Called Issac asked he send me list, not video. He only sent video. Got message from manager Jason. Called and left message for Jason to have Issac send list. Sent video. Called again, left #. Awaiting call.
They didn't want to fully inspect our car under our extended warranty or Kia's warranty unless we paid over $400 for spark plugs. Dealerships service departments are a complete rip off and dishonest. This is my last Kia I've had a Kia for over 20 yrs and this one was the absolute worst one.

Shady, not friendly. Took 5 months to get my car fixed
My service is supposed to be oil change & maintenance, at the end they only did the maintenance, they didn't find the oil change date is already due and did the oil change service They wasted over an hour to wait for only maintenance services
They did not listen to what I was telling them and this concern safety issue where I hear air from outside coming in the car and I cannot use my phone in the car because too much wind is coming inside the car which is a safety issue. I asked them to fix the seals. My car is brand new should not be having these problems and they came with every lie possible and said that they cannot change the seals on the car.. I bought the card from that dealership and for them to not care I will not be going to the dealership ever again

Service manager tried to sale me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Took car to my mechanics shop and he confirmed this. Asked the manager to check on something for me which he did not do.

Wanting to make sure that my brakes were safe for an upcoming road trip, I had my front rotors resurfaced. During the road trip, loud noises under the front of my car made it necessary to pull over and find a mechanic. It was discovered that the wheel lug nut had not been tightened correctly, and my entire wheel could have come off the car at any moment. After many years of having my CX9 serviced at Joe Myers, I will not be returning to their Mazda repair department.

They wasted my time by having me come to have a key programmed when they didn't have anyone there that was capable of doing it. A complete waste of my time , I'm never going back there
