The prices of the service are more expensive than what is published on the web. I wrote to them and had no answer

Poor customer service, employees that work there are rude!! My car was in the shop for a month under warranty for an A/C repair and they couldn't provide me with a loaner. Talked to management and they also gave me the run around and told me they don't provide any loaners and for me to get a rental.

Went there to get simple map update, they had car all day, then when I arrived they said the guy who does it broke his foot. Took it back next day, because they said he would be there, then they had it all day again, when I came to pick it up, they said the update was corrupt. Then they said they would call me when they had it fixed, it's been 3 weeks. I already had it done at Shootenkirk kia fort Bend, don't goto Joe Myers, fort Bend is alot better, they actually care.

Charged $90 for an oil change Given repair suggestions that had already been repaired or were non-existent Example- spark plugs ( were recently changed and had the old ones on car to prove ) Example- told tire had severe gash (even showed me a fake picture of someone else's tire) and needed immediate repair. Took next door to discount tire and they looked at me crazy asking what gash as they showed me car lifted up. Never returning to Kia Joe Myers.

DId everything that I did not ask them to do because they tried to take advance of my wife and daughter.

I am highly upset. I drove my car to the dealership service repair for a scheduled TUNEUP AND OIL Change. I asked if they could check a noise I heard when engaging the clutch. Not only did they check but dismantled my car and could not reassemble it BEFORE they called me to get permission to continue the repair. Not only did they lose my car but when they found it , it was undrivable because they had taken it apart and were unable to put it back together . Well, the job isn't done. They ordered the wrong part so had to reorder. It is almost 2 weeks and I can not get a hold them. I have left emails because that is how I was told to reach my rep. No answer on that or phone. So while they ordered the wrong sensor I had my steering stabilizer bars replaced because I had slight rattling under my car. Very expensive. Don't know if I really needed that but that was supposed to take care of the noise. It's done so be it and I have new stabilizing bars. I went somewhere else to get ali... read more
