Betsy was so wonderful! She really made our night so much fun and had great menu recommendations! Alexis, the manager I think, stopped by to check in on our table. We really felt special!

Lunch at Joey DTLA was such a treat, especially being greeted with a glass of complimentary champagne—it was the perfect welcome. Betsy was our server and she was fantastic: friendly, attentive, and made us feel so comfortable. Alexis, the manager, also came by to check in and her warmth and professionalism really stood out. I had such a great lunch at Joey DTLA—everything from the service to the food was on point. Betsy was an incredible server: warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great Food, Even Better Service Right when we walked in, Alexis gave us a warm welcome and offered a sample of their sparkling wine, setting the tone for a great night. The lobster spaghetti was packed with flavor, and the shrimp scallop ceviche was as fresh as if it had just come off the boat.
