The only feedback I can provide is regarding the initial check-in experience. Unfortunately, all three hostesses came across as unfriendly, and while other guests were offered champagne upon arrival, my group was not. I initially chose to overlook this in hopes that the experience would improve, but was then told we could not be seated until our full party was present, even though we had all checked in together moments earlier for a birthday celebration. 2 of my party had briefly stepped away to the restroom.
