I had a great experience at Joey DTLA. The food, drinks, and atmosphere were all excellent, but what really stood out was the leadership. General Manager Clayton has created a welcoming, professional environment where both guests and staff seem genuinely valued. I visited twice last week and was genuinely impressed by the service. Maya and Tiffany stood out to me, Tiffany remembered my name, her attention to detail was impressive. Both of them made me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my visits. The food was excellent, the ambiance was lovely, and everything flowed beautifully. This restaurant clearly prioritizes hospitality, and it shows. I’d absolutely recommend it.
