Always interesting when Joey's known for its "welcome bubbly" as a signature touch, typically offered by the host or hostess while you wait for your tab, isn't offered. It wasn't busy, the party in front of us got offered the bubbly and we were the only other party checking in at the time - so are we rationalizing the pour, forgetting about the pour or...something else?
