Our hostess Chelsea was awesome!! Made sure we were taken care of and even came over to check on us during our meal even though she wasn’t our server. Would come back any time!
The food is fantastic, and the service is always great. They do not have a bad dish! We have our business and office lunches at Joey's at Newport frequently because it is so good.
I came in on March 12, and Haley was the manager working that night, she absolutely made our entire experience! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the night. She consistently checked in on us, made us feel genuinely taken care of, and her positive energy truly stood out. My wife and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary at JOEY Newport Beach. We ordered the Chinese Chicken Lettuce Wraps (a must have), Tuna & Avocado Crunch Rolls (good but lacked a little flavor), the JOEY Classic Sirloin (delicious medium rare steak and a good sized portion of asparagus and potatoes), and the Crème Brûlée Cheesecake (fantastic ending to our dinner). Our server, Ruby, was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive, so friendly, and made sure our anniversary dinner was special.

Riley was an excellent server. Arrived early to our reservation and was seated immediately along with the free champagne. The french dip appetizer was probably the best thing I ate but the steak and sushi were also both very good. Crispy mashed potatoes were not what I was expecting but probably the second best thing I ate. We got a free creme brulee cheesecake for my GFs birthday and it was excellent as well. 10/10 would go again. It's not cheap though so mainly for special occasions.

Very good service and food was amazing. Can get a little loud with all the people there.
Service was nice but a bit slow for a crowded Sunday afternoon.
