First time at this location and I was impressed with the quick service, despite it being a busy Friday night. It was pouring but the restaurant was wam and welcoming. We ordered the Joey steak and it was cooked to perfection. My boyfriend and I celebrated our second anniversary and were surprised with a complimentary dessert. Thank you!
One of my favorites in Newport Beach. 5 star service. Glass of bubbles upon entry. Food is amazing.

Service and atmosphere were great. The food was good not great and my entire group found the menu limited and not very exciting.
10/10 recommend! Made a reservation and arrived 20 minutes early and we were still seated immediately! The wait staff was so attentive. I highly recommend the spicy crab dip shareable, it is AMAZING! I ordered the chicken Parmesan for my meal and it was cooked to perfection! For my cocktail I enjoyed a Woodford reserve old fashioned and it was fantastic! If you need a place to eat in Newport Beach, Joey is the place to go!
In general the food was great, in terms of the service some waiters were very nice other seem to have a bit of an attitude and not be too happy to serve us at the bar which made the experience not as nice.
Our waitress was beyond helpful and for her to work on such a big party by herself, she did a fabulous job.
The sea bass and salmon are amazing and it is always a pleasure to dine at Joey. It is also nice to be able to have a glass of pahlmeyer chardonnay.
Food was great, unfortunately we had an 8:45 reservation and they skipped over us. Had to go up and say something at 9:30 then we got sat immediately afterwards. Sitting around for 45 minutes after your reservation is excessive. Not super happy
