We love the food at Joey, but their service could be better. We like to enjoy a drink and then have appetizers. We received our appetizers way before our drinks. When they took our appetizer plates away(with utensils) they brought our dinner with no new utensils. Usually we don't have to ask for a fork after we receive our dinner. And then it took time to track down a server to bring forks. We will definitely eat there again because the food is so delicious, but hope that we received better service.
Very nice restaurant in a crowded shopping area. Only 10 min wait for our table with our reservation. Nice menu but pricier than expected. Excellent service and food was good. Not all that familiar with Newport area (from Phoenix) but thought $17 for a glass of sangria was a bit high (but it was very good). Very noisy but we had a nice dinner.
