We had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, the service was attentive and professional, and the ambience was warm, inviting, and perfect for a great meal. What truly stood out was the manager. Hannah Taylor was exceptional--warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure every guest had a great experience. My favorite place to go in newport! Everyone is friendly and marcos was amazing server!!
Great customer service food was okay, the Joeys in UTC La Jolla is way better in my opinion. Drinks were well made. I ordered the cheese burger it was delicious. Then I ordered pasta with filet & blackened chicken dish that came with a side of small fries. The blackened chicken dish came to us warm on the colder side not fresh. The filet was okay not the best i’ve had. The manager took the blackened chicken off our tab which was very generous of her to do. Sophia our waitress did an AMAZING job serving us. Kept our glasses filled, was energetic and talkative. She really made us feel welcome as did the hostess
