We love your restaurant. Might I offer a suggestion. Twice, your servers refilled our sparkling water with tap water. My suggestion is using different shape glasses for sparkling so there is no future mistake. The manager came and gave us a whole new bottle which was very nice. But this can be totally avoided with different shape glasses. :)
Absolutely spectacular experience at JOEY Newport Beach. The Wagyu carpaccio was incredible, the pasta pomodoro was perfectly done, and the Melon Tom Collins was refreshing and delicious. Everything was excellent from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back.
