Second visit to Joey's in Newport Beach. Chicken fajitas and iceberg wedge were excellent. Service was excellent. The only issue I have is the noise level which makes it difficult to communicate with the person across from you and the restaurant was about 60% full. They have hard floors, hard tables and hard ceilings indoors, so the sound bounces. Otherwise, they do a good job.
