Better communication. Everybody being on the same page in John's office. John would tell us one thing Matt would tell us something else and sometimes the stuff would change on a daily basis sometimes the stories would change multiple times A-day. And not just with us but with both our realtor and the seller's realtor. John went on a trip to Puerto Rico where he said it was a business trip and my wife would still be able to get ahold of them, but when she would call him he would say I'm on vacation call Matt. Everything was great, from the service to the communication, up until the day before closing. One question I had about why my closing costs went up was not answered and left with more questions, I felt like rather than given the direct facts that I was given mathematical word salad, and then I felt like I was hot potatoed between my realtor and Josh.
