I can't imagine going through such a tumultuous transaction with any mortgage banker other than Brent. I learned to rely on his experience and guidance. I appreciated his regular check ins and casual messages from time to time. His in-depth conversations and desire to help me get to the finish line was truly five star. They were friendly and professional, but made mistakes that caused me to delay closing and pay penalties. They were aware that i wanted to get a loan through them the first day the offer was accepted, but they did not push to get what they needed to finalize the loan.
