I wish I had more space to write about Brent. I will just say that Brent is the reason why we have a home today period. We have been in our first home for 9 months now. LOVE IT. So the other day we received our "first annual escrow discloser statement." WHAT the heck is this? I knew Brent would help us. I called Brent, no surprise he met with me the very next day. He walked me through it and set my worried mind at ease by thoroughly answering all my questions and offered suggestions. Thank you

Brent was our lender for our new home that we purchased recently. I really had no idea what the process was going to intale, but Brent walked us through every step. He educated me on how the loan process works and was available during and after office hours. I would recommend him to anyone of my friends, family, and strangers. He truely makes miracles happen, and because of his hard work we have our dream home. Thanks Brent from the bottom of our hearts. You are the best!

I used Brent most recently to close a loan that another lender turned down just days before closing. Time was of the essence and my buyers were going to be homeless if we didn't get it done. Brent and his team dug deep and got the loan closed in 15 days. That's right, 15 days!!! What other lender would go out of their way to help a client in that manner! Brent's professionalism and caring compassion saved the day. Since then, I have worked with Brent closely, and know that that was not a fluke.

Brent helped my husband and I get into our first home. We spoke with him on a couple of occasions to go through numbers informally to see if we would be able to buy my brothers home when he was selling. He was always professional and made the process much easier than we could have imagined. Not required, he spoke with us many times after hours answering any questions we had. If we worried, he reassured us. After moving in, he even helped us hang our TV!!! Best customer service a buyer cand get!
