The team made promises they couldn't keep and when it became clear that hurdles were slowing down progress they failed to communicate that to me until I kept following up repeatedly. The last hurdle he called to tell me about, he didn't even offer a solution for. It wasn't until I was really upset and kept pushing that he figured it out with the title company.
