Anthony in sales and Ashley in internet sales are the best. I had the best experience I have ever had purchasing my vehicle. I highly recommend Johnson City Ford!!! Sales team is great but service is awful. I bought my car in May. Have replaced back brakes and rotors. Now needing to replace front brakes and rotors at a cost of $450.00. Ridiculous!!! It is a 2018 but thing simple issues should be checked and resolved with initial inspection. DO NOT GET ROPED IN. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
By not ripping people off on their trade-ins I had a 2013 Jeep Patriot and you only gave me $2,000 for it I feel like I got ripped off there was nothing wrong with it but a wheel bearing $100 it was in good shape
Bought a Lincoln MKX from Gateway Ford (they won’t return our calls) last Sept 5, 2020. Last Friday brakes went out on the way home. Did research and issue was a recall from Lincoln dated Aug 11, 2020 nbr 20S42. Car was picked up Saturday via flatbed and at JC Ford. Here’s the thing....Lincoln doesn’t have a replacement part (yet) but is willing to repair with the original hose AT MY EXPENSE. How does this make sense? If you go in for service,you better tell them up front you want an estimate on any thing they do.Charged me $50.00 for wiper blades.Plus had grease all over my drivers side door panel.Now my Bluetooth will not sync up,it was working when I went in now it's not.

they're currently trying to sell a 2010 Volkswagen Tiguan that has oil slung from one side to the other under the engine. told me it was normal. lol
Ashley, blade and Johnathan. they were all absolutely fantastic to deal with and answered any questions I had promptly and accurately. the finance person I dealt with(I don't recall his name) was the exact opposite. horrible attitude and came across as condescending and misogynistic to my wife and I. I was in a unique position to be able to make more than I paid for my car due to the current market on them because of covid production shut downs. he said "So your wife's making you sell your camaro." it was a horribly inaccura... read more
Just save yourself the trouble and the run around. They are unorganized and not very useful! Ever since I bought my car from them and even while there buying it, it’s been a headache for me in someway!!
I am not too terribly mad, but they knew my situation up front. I wasted 2 hours on the lot Saturday. Found something we could work with. Monday comes around and I get jerked around all day. Finally at 6pm I have to call after I get off work and magically they can no longer work with my situation. So my customer experience is pretty bad overall. I couldn't reasonably recommend this place to anyone.
