Have purchased 2 trucks, car and 4 runner when it was Phil Bachman and since Johnson City Toyota I have purchased 2 trucks, went today for an oil change and took alittle over 2 hours for them to perform that simple task, I called a week and half ago to schedule the appointment. Never again will I go back!!! I have sent so many to johnson city, that will stop as well.
I would not recommend this dealer to anybody especially after dealing with the internet department nobody knows how to return your call like they promise they will! They fail miserably in customer service

Horrible customer service!!! It's unfortunate that someone who wants to buy a car cannot even get a phone call back from them.
What started out as a great experience has turned into pure aggravation! I leave multiple messages for more than one person and no one can return a call regarding a rather important issue! Disappointed that once I bought the vehicles and my 5 day satisfaction ended we are no longer worth anyone's time! :(
My husband took his Toyota FJ (also purchased at Toyota JC)here for an oil change and to see about a miss in the engine. We were charged $600. We were shocked at the price but they stated they fixed the issue with the miss which was caused by something in the internal computer. A month passed and the miss continued. We contacted Toyota to let them know the issue was still present. They explained it would eventually stop, it will just take time for the computer to reset itself. I will never go back to Johnson City Toyota! When I got my car serviced earlier this month, my battery tested bad and I would have gone elsewhere to get it cheaper. They said there was a rebate on the battery so I thought why not. The website that you went to get the rebate was not working and no one from the website would contact me. I talked to the service department today and was told the deal was only through September 30 when I was there October 4.
