If you were going to buy a Toyota absolutely do not buy it here. I do not know where to recommend but I can tell you for sure you don't want to go here. Today was the third strike for me I had my Toyota forerunner serviced. It had 35,000 miles around about under warranty. It is covered until 36,000 I told them while I was there getting it serviced that the radio had a glitch in it. They said it needed an update I said OK can you do it now. After waiting for 2 years to get my airbag repair we finally received our paperwork stating the parts were in! Since we were told in the original paperwork "They advise not letting passengers ride in the passenger seat until the repair has been made" this was wonderful news! Make an appointment and anticipate at least an hour and a half for the repair. Made the appointment. The level of incompetence at this dealership is astounding to witness. They ordered the wrong truck. So I had to wait twice as long for the right truck, they "lost" the deal sheet. So they went back on a already agreed to price. Was supposed to get floor mats with the truck. They at first ordered only the front and not the back. Only after having to argue once more did they get the back mats. I was asked to give a good review. Of course after everything I had to go through i did not. I had called Monday the 11th of Jan and talked to a woman regarded my situation and how I wanted to trade in my Nissan Versa for a new Toyota. No problem they said. I go to the dealership around 4:15 and work with a guy named Van. He proceeds to tell me that my car equity is what's keeping me from getting my Tc. I have spent a whole day calling and exchanging info trying to purchase not 1 but 2 vehicles. The only thing I have managed to get from it is a guess on a monthly payment and another credit check against me. Patrick Collins even had the nerve to ask me if I "understand" what he is saying... I bought a 2008 Toyota Tacoma from them in 08/06/15, they said the truck was ready, when I pulled out of the parking lot turned on the air conditioner it did not work, so I turned around and went back, they told me no one was there o look at it, so they said that they would send me a check for $ 500.00 to get it fix, never got the check, I called them about it and they said we will look in on it, also emailed them with a copy of the paper that I signed and they signed saying that I get $ 500.00 to fix the air conditioner, I ... read more

Spent almost 3 hours their on Saturday to be told that they would know something on Monday which was Columbus Day. They were going to talk to my lean holder on the car I was trading in. Get a phone call today Monday from Brian Cook telling me they have talked to my lean holder and there is nothing that can be done on the car we wanted to buy. But in fact my lean holder is close today so how did u get a hold of someone who is not there!!!Can't believe they think I'm that dumb. I will take my money somewhere else.
