Was the single worst experience I've ever had at dealership. the sales person was great but when we couldn't come to terms on a price one of the sales managers was trying to pressure us so much that it was almost borderline harrassment. We almost had to walk out to be left alone. I've never had some from a dealership talk down to my wife and I like that. It was fine though because we went right up the road and got a better deal from Johnson City Honda.
Service, and trade-in allowance TERRIBLE, WOULD NOT REFER, AT ALL,. SO WENT TO TOYOTA OF BOONE,AND TRADED!!!
RecommendedI brought my Sequoia in for a rear end problem. It was repaired I picked the truck up. Got about a mile or so down the road and the rear end locked up. I called the dealer in less than a half hour a wrecker was on site. The truck was brought back to the dealership. Now it sounds like a horrible experience, but this is when they proved that they stand behind the work they do. I found a rav online that I liked, I went and test drove it and I loved it. The payments weren’t where I needed but they guaranteed me they’d get me where I need to be so they let me drive it home for the night and make the deal the next day. Something didn’t feel right, so I finally found the car fax (that is very hard to locate on their website) to find that it had been wrecked 3 times. One was severe on the whole driver side. We went to the Used Car section with the intent of buying a vehicle for our daughter. Had one picked out that we were 95% sure we were going to get. We walked around the car and looked at a couple of others - no one every came out to talk to us. Now it was a cold, rainy, miserable morning so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and went inside. Never have I ever been to a dealership that took more than an hour and half to do an oil change and tire rotation. RIDICULOUS!!!!!
Don't even go look here because they will call and harass you with every phone number they can find. I did not leave my phone number but I get calls every day for weeks on my home and cell phone. Stop calling me! I bought somewhere else!
*Update: Nine days after being promised things would be made right, No one contacted me to say my part had arrived, even though it was supposed to be in within 24 hours. When I called today, I was told the part was there and they were unsure why I had not been alerted. Customer service does actually still exist. We always take our Lexus here and have had good experiences. Yesterday was an exception in that I was charged a fee I felt was inappropriate.
