If any one looks at this review I want to warn any looking at the Tacoma sr package I bought one here 3 weeks ago it got a 1000 miles on it when I got the truck it was fine when it got to 700 miles it started pecking like a diesel truck and they say it is normal so if you look at the reviews on this truck take my advice and stay away from the Tacoma I am stuck with this junk

RecommendedWould love for this location to have some sort of cleaning involved with their service. Just spent $600 on maintenance and couldn’t even get a vacuum. Only dealership I know that doesn’t give that within services.
How the service manager interacts with you. Never talked with me looked at it then used his team member to tell me so I couldn’t ask the service manager questions. They also need to stand behind the product they sell,
Went to get the radio replaced in our Camry since it didn’t work the day we drove it home and we had purchased the extra warranty. I made three phone calls with no return call, we live an hour away. I ended up making three in person visits to the dealership to finally get it installed. After three hours in the lobby it isn’t even installed correctly, they left the plastic dash tabs on the outside. It also is scratched. Ugh. Not a great service experience.
WHY. DID I TAKE MY CAR TO KINGSPORT TOYOTA FOR ITS SERVICE CALL. WHY. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO KINGSPORT TOYOTA NEVER. —. SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY HEART AND TOOK IT TO JOHNSON CITY !!!
Was the single worst experience I've ever had at dealership. the sales person was great but when we couldn't come to terms on a price one of the sales managers was trying to pressure us so much that it was almost borderline harrassment. We almost had to walk out to be left alone. I've never had some from a dealership talk down to my wife and I like that. It was fine though because we went right up the road and got a better deal from Johnson City Honda.
Service, and trade-in allowance TERRIBLE, WOULD NOT REFER, AT ALL,. SO WENT TO TOYOTA OF BOONE,AND TRADED!!!
RecommendedI brought my Sequoia in for a rear end problem. It was repaired I picked the truck up. Got about a mile or so down the road and the rear end locked up. I called the dealer in less than a half hour a wrecker was on site. The truck was brought back to the dealership. Now it sounds like a horrible experience, but this is when they proved that they stand behind the work they do.
