"Bait and Switch?" Dealer advertised a coupon maintenance special and did not uphold promise. Coupon for $19.99 oil change, tire rotation, alignment check, and car wash. Called to make the appointment, and described coupon. The scheduler gave me a 3:45 appointment. Next day, I get an email with a confirmation that lists all the services I was to receive, EXCEPT the car wash was left off. "What a joke" If you enjoy wasting youre time going to look at vehicles that they say they have and don't, then this is the place for you. I wasted two Saturday's here. The first one was spent waiting on a salesman that never did show, the second one not even being able to look at a truck that was supposed to be there. As if that weren't enough they decided to lo ball me on trade in to the point of humiliation. I'm done with this place, I've never been so humiliated in trying to buy a vehicle.

"WOULD NOT SEND MY WORST ENEMY HERE" Don't trust them with your worst enemies car. It has been an ongoing nighmare after another. They also don't have insurance they say, so damage they do to your car is on your insurance. They also state they do repairs they don't and joyride in your cars for no reason. Please take your car elsewhere to have it fixed. It is amazing I have over 15 friends who have also had issues with them, for some they could not even do an oil change right or and alignment.

"The rich gets better service" My experience was unwelcoming. They just stand in a group and talk not asking if they can help with anything. I had to approach them. I had already done my research on everything prior to my visit. They don't like that. I notice if you aren't rich looking then you don't received good customer service. Gnarled noses. Then posted on cargurus if a car is below retail market value by so much then that is taken off trade and plus they will want you to pay that cash....NEGATIVE!!! I recommend Toyota ... read more

"Used car sales manager is awful!!" Started out as a great experience, certainly didn't end that way. We found a Highlander online and wanted to test drive it. I called the dealership and verified it was still there and was available to drive. I also asked the lady I spoke with if we would be able to bring it home overnight since we live an hour and 15 minutes away from the dealership. "You will play xxxx getting refunds on gap/warranty insurance" Our overall buying experience was great. Unfortunately, the vehicle rolled down the driveway and into an 18 foot deep ditch and was totaled about a year after we bought it. We had bought both an extra service warranty and gap insurance. It took me over three months to get my $1200 back that was unused on the service warranty and it has now been four months and I am still waiting for a $400 refund on the gap insurance. "Very poor customer service" We were interested in buying a used Toyota 4 Runner from this dealership . We dealt with LM and NP as the sales consultant. We were scheduled to see and drive a used 4Runner that had been traded into the dealership and had committed to them that we will proceed with the deal once we drove the car.
