Our sales person, Donovan Farmer, was great. However, during the financing we were told the price included everything tax,tag and title as discussed before. I told them we were from NC and didn’t want a surprise tax bill a month later and was assured this wouldn’t happen. Sure enough we got the surprise of a tax and tag fee in the mail which they refused to pay. Other than the dishonesty at the end, we were very pleased.
The service department lacks so much. You pull in and everyone is dressed all nice but it ends there. They try to up sale you on the smallest stuff (we watched it with every single person sitting in waiting room) but the problem I have is when we left there was this strong smell of oil (we went for oil change) We pulled over a few miles from dealership in Piney Flats at a friend's house because of smell and we popped the hood and smoke was rolling out where the oil was spilled all over inside and was burning off. Bad customer service. Do NOT do a "We owe you" with them. You'll never see it.
The way you're handling these issues is disgusting. I love the company Toyota but this is just awful. Go back to being the awesome company you once was.
I stopped at lot... looking for a Tundra... walked through the lot... went inside.. looked at wall posters, no one even said Hello... guess they don't need any business
Sam Hansel. Soy covered wiring. He is about to lose everything he has due to rodents eating his wiring. The dealership said pay � for it.
You all fixed my mother's Avalon with no problems. It was $7,000 (mom didnt have to pay a dime for it)Or more to replace the motor. This was just a few months ago. I was pleased that you all had someone come in and check out the situation. I have a few friends with newer model Toyota cars. All of them are experiencing issues with the soy based wiring coating attracting rodents. They have commented on posts here and claim to have been blocked after. You also say you have reached out to the unsatisfied customers. Or have made multiple attempts too. But they say you have not. Toyota use to be a good company with long lasting and very durable cars and trucks. Now its all the same. WORTHLESS JAP CRAP!!!!!
