This place is terrible the staff has no real knowledge of recreation vehicles.the unit I went to look at the rep could not show me all the features I was told the person who could help me was not there today.Also they claim that they give the highest trad in value.I did t even get close to the book value for the trade in on what I was estimated at.The customer service is terrible not professional at all.The best advice I can give you is to do your research and go to a reputable dealer

At first during the selection and sale of our purchased Itasca RV (consignment) back in early November 2014, the Johnson RV staff was knowledgable, professional, and trustworthy. That changed significantly during the dealing with the financing person, as well as the follow-through of obtaining legal title for the registration with WA state. Came in to look at used RVs, and the mgr started belittling the front office girl in front of customers. We left what morons
Very Unethical!!! we were quoted a price at the Monroe RV show and upon calling the office we were told we are really close to come on down. We drove 58.5 miles one way to find that they weren't honoring the price and were trying to evaluate ours on the wholesale theirs on the retail and gave price comparisons out of the mid west where everybody knows that cost of living is much less so prices are much less. never was the difference discussed but the price that we were expected to pay went up considerably. stay away because ... read more
