I called Johnson RV for a recall service Winnebago notified me of on a 2008 Itasca Cambria. Winnebago insisted I used one of their authorized service centers - Johnson RV in Puyallup is the closest. Looking at their lot, full of Class As, Cs, & Bs I was surprised to first be told they did not have a qualified mechanic on staff (fall '16). Is one allowed to leave a review with a rating of lower than 1-star? Is there a rating below "Hated it"? If so, mark us down for such a rating for Johnson RV. Words cannot express the disgust and utter contempt that my wife and I feel towards this business and all those there with whom we tried to work. Slow delivery, promised repairs that were never made, and the list could go on and on and on. In our opinion, they are unworthy of one's trust or business. This place is terrible the staff has no real knowledge of recreation vehicles.the unit I went to look at the rep could not show me all the features I was told the person who could help me was not there today.Also they claim that they give the highest trad in value.I did t even get close to the book value for the trade in on what I was estimated at.The customer service is terrible not professional at all.The best advice I can give you is to do your research and go to a reputable dealer

At first during the selection and sale of our purchased Itasca RV (consignment) back in early November 2014, the Johnson RV staff was knowledgable, professional, and trustworthy. That changed significantly during the dealing with the financing person, as well as the follow-through of obtaining legal title for the registration with WA state.
