I went to Johnson RV last summer to purchase an RV. I was debating between a class B (husband) and a class C (me) and Johnson RV seem to have them in stock. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted and asked what I was looking for. I spoke with Casey regarding a diesel pusher they had advertised on Facebook. I told him Sunday evening when I spoke with him that I would be there the following day around 3:00pm to look at it. On Monday about 9:00am I sent him a text letting him know I was getting off work early to come look at it and to please let me know if it became unavailable because I had a 2+ hour drive from the coast. Horrible service. Salespeople ignored us when we pulled us and continued chatting amongst themselves. When I waited for their conversation to finish the salesperson refused to give me a price or a tour of an R.V. without checking my credit and financing ability first.

Bought a used a used Pleasure Way 2008 RV from them last January. Went along with higher than internet price because I was going to get great service from their customer only service department. Right away a needed new shocks which I paid for. Then I needed new brakes on back which Johnson paid for. Great. Battery failed, and Johnson paid for. Great Recently the thermostat failed to run AC. To get in for service was to be a one month wait. Terrible. canceled vacation. Called Genesis RV repair and got AC fixed in one week. N... read more

RV dealerships are scary places to visit and in general sales people make a lot of assumptions about customers and lose out on a lot of sales because of their arrogance and ignorance. Found our RV in Las Vegas from a very small dealer and even this guy was a liar. Bud the deal was good and the based product stood up. Service with RV dealers generally is very poor.
