Sales Associates were great. Finance Manager didn't even look up from his desk and rushed us through with a warranty cancellation. We had to request the paperwork from the warranty company ourselves. We mailed it to the dealership, they said they didn't get it. We drove the paperwork down and got a signature dated 12/28/2020. It has been confirmed cancelled with the warranty company on 1/28/2021 and they mailed our refund to the dealership. The Finance manager said they didn't get it. I'll give these guys 2 stars because at least the sales associate said hello but that's about the ONLY polite thing they did. We let him know that we wanted to look at the 2021 Winnebago Class C RV and he responded with "that RV is $100,000 do you think you can afford that?" Is this how you approach your customers? I worked retail for 16 years and was a store manager for many of those years and you NEVER judge a book by its cover. I have never been more frustrated. They will not return your call if you need to even schedule service. I have been calling for days, have left multiple messages, and absolutely nobody will call back. And when you call, all you get is a voicemail. Typical crappy RV dealership. They should at least have someone available to take calls, answer questions, and schedule service. Guess they don't need business.

I went to Johnson RV last summer to purchase an RV. I was debating between a class B (husband) and a class C (me) and Johnson RV seem to have them in stock. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted and asked what I was looking for. I spoke with Casey regarding a diesel pusher they had advertised on Facebook. I told him Sunday evening when I spoke with him that I would be there the following day around 3:00pm to look at it. On Monday about 9:00am I sent him a text letting him know I was getting off work early to come look at it and to please let me know if it became unavailable because I had a 2+ hour drive from the coast. He replied "will do" right away. I showed up at 3:15pm and Casey was nowhere to be found. The receptionist at the front desk to... read more
