BUYER BEWARE! We bought a brand new RV from Johnson almost two years ago. A knob on the stove was broken from the get go, we never actually have been able to use that burner and it this point the whole stove (we don't want to mess with propane). About two years ago we made an appointment, the soonest they had available was 2 months down the line. We took the RV and there was mix up with exactly what part they needed/ parts were back ordered. As others have posted, Yes it's true, they will ghost you after the sale. don't waste your time at this place! I had to finally get help from Thor motorcoach who recommended another place for repairs. Johnson RV in Fife will not return your calls once you sign the paperwork. left multiple calls for the general manager, service manager and our salesperson who ghosted us after dropping over a 100k on our new van. unprofessional clown show!

As others have posted, Yes it's true, they will ghost you after the sale. don't waste your time at this place! Literally the worst customer service of any organization, of any type, ever. And that includes Cable TV and phone companies. Just NOPE this place quickly. Front office/reception is polite and leaves you feeling you'll be well attended -- until they ghost you later. Boy was I suckered in. I made a service appointment in Sept 2021 for a November date -- the earliest available. Dropped off my vehicle for a bunch of minor shakedown faults/repairs. On another review board they will pretend you have the wrong business. NO CLASS- Johnson RV in Fife Washington will not honor my Winnebago Revel warranty work on a 2022 model year. Stay away from this place with a 100ft pole. Our relationship with Johnson started off great as their customer service in the sales department is phenomenal, but that makes sense because thats how $they suck you in. We ended up buying a Diesel Motorhome from this place and it had a few issues wrong with it that were cosmetic and they said to bring it back once they had room to fit us in.
