Jomar is the best loan advisor I have ever seen, he’s so patient and professional with us, he made the home purchase process so easy and smooth. We just purchased a house this month and had some issue with the seller, Jomar did his best to help with to close the loan on time even it’s so complicated situation. I cant say enough about how fantastic Jomar has been! I initially was referred to him for a refi a few years ago...and went back to him recently for a home purchase...and as many obstacles as I had in my situation, he promised to get me across the finish line and that he DID!! I used Chase and Jomar for a recent cash out refinance for my home in the peninsula. Jomar was easy to work with, detailed oriented and kept me in the loop at every step of the process. Update: I used Jomar again for financing another home in July 2021. Same seamless experience - I got the rate locked even though the appraisal took a long time.
