Jomar made it possible for my wife and I to purchase our first home. We threw many obstacles at him (new jobs during escrow to name one) and I feel his skillset and optimism is what kept us in the race. He was always within reach to answer questions (and there were many) and made this process a great learning experience for us. Jomar held our hand through the whole refinance experience. He was on top of deadlines, reached out frequently to check in and make sure we met our deadlines, and made the whole experience painless. He was also just a really easy person to work with, a great sense of humor (important in stressful financial situations!), and I felt like he was on our side. We will only go back to Jomar if ever we need home lending help again!

Was very nervous to refi my mortgage but JOMAR helped me through this experience with ease. He helped me through all the steps and kept me updated almost daily on the progress of my loan. JOMAR made this a very stress less experience. U would recommend him to anyone doing a refi.

If it wasn't for Jomar, I would not have gotten the rate and the APR on my loan that I wanted. It was not easy getting the loan for my home purchase, but Jomar delivered as he indicated he would.
