Jeff at JPL made the service process painless. He was so informative, helpful and so kind. He was efficient in serving and he was very responsive to all my questions. I hope I never have to serve someone again, but if I do I'd turn to JPL immediately.

Highly recommend JPL. Jeff always provides excellent communication and timely responses. The JPL process servers are excellent. They get the job done no matter how difficult the request. Billing is always received in a timely manner. Great value for their service. We have used JPL many times for our process service requests and will continue to do so now and in the future.

These fokls did the job I paid them to. Kept me aprised of the effort throughout the duration. Documentation I needed was provided promptyl. I would use them again.

JPL process servers were efficient and polite. They said I was able to email everything , and pay my fee ( via card) but due to 90% of my exhibits being in COLOR , I decided to drive directly to them In Orange county. They were helpful and explained everything to me. The team delivered my documents in about 4 days later and I had my receipt in my " inbox " same day. The admin responds fairly quickly but they were unable to serve a difficult defendant after multiple attempts. Fortunately I was able to hire someone else who was successful. JPL then e-filed both their non-service report with details of each attempt and the proof of service form the independent process server completed.

I really found this service processing company very easy and pleasant to deal with. The owner, Jeff, whether he could see my legal desperation or my misery as a parent looking to find a solution to an estranged adult child, was happy to work with me on costs and on getting people served as needed. Would thus thoroughly recommend for your legal needs in this area. They can also file for you if you need them to and if you are not able to do this yourself. Reasonable prices both for fast and less urgent service estimates.
