We tried to use our credit union to purchase our new home, but after waiting on a time sensitive issue we decided to reach out to JT. Man are we glad we did or we would have lost the house waiting for our credit union to get back to us. Would highly reccomend! Customer service is fantastic!

I highly recommend GT as your lender, her staff are very friendly, reliable, the whole team work together in getting things done at a timely manner. They make your homebuying Princess very small and not as stressful as most people say. They are also very good about getting back in contact immediately and helping you in providing what they need in terms of paperwork .

I was originally working with a different lender, the one with which I had my current mortgage, but due to a difficult seller we were running short on time and it was apparent my lender would not be able to close my mortgage on time. J.T. and her team worked diligently to get all documents needed, identify any possible issues and address these prior to submitting the loan. The loan was approved with minimal conditions. I would definitely recommend J.T. and her team for home loans.

JT and Andrea were great to work with! We were able to do all the paperwork prior to closing online which really saved time. Our mortgage payment was right where we wanted it to be, actually slightly lower. I appreciated that they estimated high to give us wiggle room.
