JT was recommended to me by my mother in law. I ended up giving her a call because of the unresponsiveness of the loan officer that I had bought previous house from. JT was very responsive. Ive bought several houses over the past few decades and this was the easiest purchase. She was one step ahead of things as we moved along. The best part was how creative she was in laying out all my options. I know who I will be recommending and using for all future real estate lending. Thanks so much from my entire family!

This was our first time buying a home, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the ease of the whole process. JT and Andrea were readily available for any question that we had along the way. They will have our business if/when the time comes where we buy another home.

In the past anytime that I have dealt with a mortgage or a refinance it always was a stressful situation. I contacted JT at the recommendation of a friend who said that she was wonderful and easy to work with. Obviously, my friend was right, JT was so friendly and helpful I did not want to contact anyone else. Extremely timely and efficient service. The whole team at Mortgage Investors Group is great, however I mainly dealt with Jennifer Torgeson. She is super friendly and helped me get a great deal on my mortgage.
