Karen, was on top of our loan process from the start and made things happen we didn't think possible, we had OK credit very little down and I have IRS issues even with all these challenges she kept us positive and made things happen, on time and in our budget. she has since our loan helped my in-laws get into there home also.
Karen is a miracle worker! My wife and I were lined up to have financing through a big bank, Chase, but due to an extra restriction Chase had in regard to how long a seller had to own the home before selling it our financing fell apart.
