For being a first-time home buyer, I know I had some pretty high standards, and Karen exceeded those hands down. Karen must hate me by now with all the times I texted her! She was so on top of answering questions! Even ones that probably weren't her problem she helped all she could. We decided to by on a whim and she got us approved in the blink of an eye so we could make an offer. She was honest and fast. A year ago today, I made contact with Karen for the first time in helping us for our first home buying experience.
