Karen and her team were incredible. We had some major family health issues occur during our home purchase and it was an extremely emotional and stressful time for us. For being a first-time home buyer, I know I had some pretty high standards, and Karen exceeded those hands down. My boyfriend and I actually switched lenders and real estate agents part way through and we couldn't be happier. Karen worked excellently at coordinating with our agents and ourselves to make it all seemless, and everyone was consistently on the same page. Karen must hate me by now with all the times I texted her! She was so on top of answering questions! Even ones that probably weren't her problem she helped all she could. We decided to by on a whim and she got us approved in the blink of an eye so we could make an offer. She was honest and fast. I found Karen on Zillow a few months ago. I was a first time homebuyer without any idea on how the process worked, and Karen walked me through all of my questions. We've used Karen two times now, once to purchase the home and a second to re-finance. Excellent service; meaning she was straight forward, replied to her emails promptly, and explained everything in detail at the appropriate times, and of course got us the interest rate we wanted.
