My wife and I had an absolute pleasure working with Karen Sibley when we recently purchased our first home. Karen was incredible, she fielded any and all questions/concerns we had. She was transparent and honest which left use feeling confident and informed. She is possibly the most organized human I've ever met, replying to emails immediately and managing multiple tasks and stakeholders at once. We will definitely use Karen's expertise again in the future and I can't recommend her and her team highly enough.

For being a first-time home buyer, I know I had some pretty high standards, and Karen exceeded those hands down. My boyfriend and I actually switched lenders and real estate agents part way through and we couldn't be happier. Karen must hate me by now with all the times I texted her! She was so on top of answering questions! Even ones that probably weren't her problem she helped all she could. We decided to by on a whim and she got us approved in the blink of an eye so we could make an offer. She was honest and fast. A year ago today, I made contact with Karen for the first time in helping us for our first home buying experience. I found Karen on Zillow a few months ago. I was a first time homebuyer without any idea on how the process worked, and Karen walked me through all of my questions.
