Karen is like family now! She is so trustworthy and professional. We had probably over 100 emails back and forth and she always responds in a timely manner. We have now used her services twice and will be back again someday!
Karen handled our loan quickly and without a fuss. I've been through the process 9 or 10 times before and I don't recall a loan process that went this smoothly.
