We loved working with Karen and her team. this was my first time purchasing a home and had A LOT of questions. she answered all questions, probably twice, and was so nice and professional. she even answered questions I had for her on weekends and evenings. can't say enough good things about Karen and her team.

She was always there to help answer any questions we had and made us feel secure in our decisions. Karen also helped us navigate the VA home loan stipulations, and we were so grateful to have someone who knew all about it. I would recommend Karen and her team to everyone I know!

Karen and Julian were both great! It was my first time buying a home with my husband, and it was overwhelming at times. Karen took her time to explain everything to me that I didn't understand. Karen is like family now! She is so trustworthy and professional. We had probably over 100 emails back and forth and she always responds in a timely manner. We have now used her services twice and will be back again someday!

Karen handled our loan quickly and without a fuss. I've been through the process 9 or 10 times before and I don't recall a loan process that went this smoothly. Home financing can be a stressful experience and requires good communication skills. Karen kept us well informed along the way. I highly recommend Karen for your home loan needs.

I've worked with Karen on a number of different financing issues over the years, four different properties as I recall. Karen is a wonderful friendly person, extremely knowledgeable, and gets the job done! It's always a pleasure to work with her. She also helped my daughter with her original home loan and a re-finance. If you're looking for a home loan professional, you found her! I also had the opportunity to met her son Julian a few months ago, great guy! Like mother like son!!
