Karen is like family now! She is so trustworthy and professional. We had probably over 100 emails back and forth and she always responds in a timely manner. We have now used her services twice and will be back again someday!
Karen handled our loan quickly and without a fuss. I've been through the process 9 or 10 times before and I don't recall a loan process that went this smoothly. Home financing can be a stressful experience and requires good communication skills. Karen kept us well informed along the way. I highly recommend Karen for your home loan needs.

I've worked with Karen on a number of different financing issues over the years, four different properties as I recall. My wife and I had an absolute pleasure working with Karen Sibley when we recently purchased our first home. Karen was incredible, she fielded any and all questions/concerns we had.
