We found a house we wanted to put an offer in on and Karen had our pre-approval less than 3 hours later. We submitted our offer the next morning and it was accepted within 24 hours. Karen is an expert at what she does and no email or dumb question goes unanswered. This is my 3rd home loan with Karen and her team and I would highly recommend for first time owners to seasoned buyers.

Karen led me through a refinance of my condo, and the process could not have been easier. She advised me on the right option, communicated with me regularly, patiently answered all my many questions with very quick turnaround, contacted me when rates dropped to see if I wanted to lock it (I did!), and just generally made everything go smoothly. Nearly everything was electronic up until closing, which I loved. She was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Karen!
