We've used Karen two times now, once to purchase the home and a second to re-finance. Excellent service; meaning she was straight forward, replied to her emails promptly, and explained everything in detail at the appropriate times, and of course got us the interest rate we wanted. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone looking to get a personal level of service when applying for a home mortgage.

From beginning to end of process service was wonderful. Any member I worked with was always available when I needed a question answered and did so quickly. My closing timing was tight but everything worked out with the great work done by Karen and her team.

Karen helped me refinance my home. It was all done very quickly, and efficiently. We conversed via email, maybe twice on the phone. Any questions were answered quickly, with complete assurance of understanding. I really appreciate the customer service Karen has. Karen was recommended to me by a friend, and I would definitely recommend Karen to anyone, who is buying, refinancing , has questions and wants someone they can trust.

The absolute best. Karen moved my wife and I seamlessly through the loan process and got us into our home in record time. Great service and support. They use a paperless system that by passes the traditional 20lbs of paper loan package. Additionall, she is very responsive to emails and even answered my weekend questions.

I went through Karen when I bought my house 6.5 years ago and then just refinanced with her as well. She was wonderful to work with both times, she was always available to answer questions and to meet me. I'd definitely reccommended her and have! My father refinanced through her and my in laws just went to her to start the loan process for a new house, she's amazing and very knowledgeable!

I would highly recommend Karen for your mortgage. During our 6-month home search, Karen was right with us throughout the search. She provided us with updated interest and payment information day, evening or weekend. When we finally found the right house, underwriting went without a hitch and we closed quickly.
