Karen is great at taking the time to give you the answers you're looking for. I'm really a pain as a client, I have a LOT of very specific questions, but Karen was very patient and carefully answered each question with as much detail as I requested. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a lender.

My fiancé and I were in the market for a first house and were referred to Karen and her team by a close family member. Being quite new to the home buying process Karen was fantastic at outlining our financing options, providing easy to understand monthly estimates with those options all while being an absolute pleasure to work with. Karen and team are a phenomenal group of people, they were recommended to us and we couldn't have been happier. I expected great work from them from the glowing reviews i heard, but I did not expect every single expectation to be exceeded. Karen is incredibly knowledgable, wildly detailed and thorough. She answered every one of our 900 questions and is the right person to work with especially for first time homebuyers like us.

We loved working with Karen and her team. this was my first time purchasing a home and had A LOT of questions. she answered all questions, probably twice, and was so nice and professional. she even answered questions I had for her on weekends and evenings. can't say enough good things about Karen and her team.
