I was very impressed with Dr. Heinzelmann and his staff. He made me feel comfortable and hopeful while educating me to some very serious work that has to done regarding my oral treatment.
Dr. Heinzelmanns practice offers both style and substance-the office is beautiful, and he is very well-trained in his particular dental specialty. Although my visits have involved painful conditions, he has carefully reviewed the symptoms and x-rays and developed a successful treatment plan each time. The staff is also professional and caring. Dr.Heinzelmann and his assistants will relieve any fears you may have held when anticipating your visits to the dentist.
It would not let me click on a star, but it would be the highest. Everything and everyone was professional and did their job efficiently and most effectively.
I APPRECIATE THE FREINDLY, RELAXING ATMOSPHERE OF YOUR OFFICE. GOING TO THE DENTIST'S OFFICE HAS NEVER BEEN ON MY " BUCKET LIST". YOU AND YOUR STAFF ACTUALLY MAKE IT AS PLEASANT AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN. I THINK MOST PEOPLE WILL LIKE YOUR "NO PAIN" APPROACH TO DENTAL WORK.
