I am very disappointed in the front house staff of this restaurant. We were treated like an inconvenience from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was not busy. We were seated right away, so that wasn't the issue. The hostess seemed to have a blank stare on her face. She never said a word to us. I looked at her and said there are 2 of us. She then said follow me and walk us to the booth. She never said a word to us after, "follow me". We were never told who our server would be. Another server came by some time later and ... read more

Sat there for 15 minutes and nobody came to even bring us water. The place was dead and there were five servers. Two saw us and still didn't say anything. We have a two year old with us btw. Just terrible. Then we go to leave and the hostess says " have a great day". Nobody cares about good service anymore.

If zero stars was possible for this rating that is what they'd get. They are in such great need of training that it's impossible to know where to start. Attitude problems are the prevailing thing you will find here. Zero commitment to customer service. The food isn't even close to making it worth experiencing the remarkably terrible service. You will be left very disappointed that you paid money for this experience. Skip it and spend your money somewhere where the restaurant appreciates your business.

After being seated and waiting 30 minutes without anyone even taking our drink order we left. Talked to manager and he couldn't care less. Avoid this place as there are plenty of better places to eat in the area.

So after waiting almost 30 minutes for a waiter to come to the table at 0945in the morning, we placed our order with the drink order, not knowing when we may actually see the waiter again. Is it impossible to make a BLT before 1030 since you are serving toast, bacon, lettuce and tomato on other items on the breakfast menu? I was told they could not put these together until after 1030. Wow! Now I see why you have 3 stars! That's being generous! I got my BLT at Genovese' on CR 210! And it was great!

No longer going to this place. The service is good but the kitchen can't fry an egg. My potatoes were ice cold and my egg sandwich was mediocre. When I told the sever the potatoes were cold, it was almost like he expected this. He said I'll tell My manager. Nothing else beyond that took place lol. It's a shame too because there aren't many breakfast places in the area. But this one is no bueno. Ps one positive is that their coffee is delicious.

As soon as we were out the door a server sat down at our table and started eating our leftovers!!! Unbelievable!!!!! I just can't go back!

The service, the overall experience in a word, Terrible. Food was cold when it arrived at the table. Had a cup of coffee I couldn't get refilled not even once while eating my breakfast and at $4 a cup mind you. (Didn't realize I went to Starbucks.) This lack of service was likely because my server or any server couldn't be found to ask for a refill until the check was dropped back off. A total of 5 tables had guests including myself. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and the waffle wasn't even warm, let alone hot. My husbands "toast" was just bread. Flimsy, untoasted sandwich bread. Important to note that the place was half empty. The server let our drinks empty completely, and we had to ASK for refills the next time we were able to find her. We won't be back.
