We have been trying to get into the Keke vibe. However, everytime we go to the Town center location, there is always a long wait. Thankfully, there is a KeKe restaurant in St Johns County. The host was pleasant but called me Bob when she just took my reservation for a table. Unfortunately, you can not make reservations on line. We received our drinks iceless. We got there 7:30 am for breakfast. Turkey bacon was horrible and sent back. Regular bacon was 80% rubbery fat grizzle. The men's room was an absolute horror show, and considering it was 7:30 in the morning I can only assume it wasn't made that way this morning which means it's been like since yesterday. If that's how clean they keep the bathroom I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I'm grossed out that I even ate there.

Tried to eat a late breakfast at 1000. 1115 still no food. Seems they are not able to staff the back of house properly. So waiting to see if any food makes it to the table????

Okay, this is one of those random times I am leaving a low star rating, after placing our order it seemed like an unusually long time went by before we received our food, our server passed our table at least 6 times during that time frame and not once offered refills, once our food finally arrived he had taken it up to order 2 Kira meal for our table instead of 1 like we had ordered for our son. waited 20 minuets with 5 couples ahead of up. 10 tables were wide open and cleaned empty. sat at table for 10 minuets before being acknowledged by waitress. it's just like being in a real dennys. 15 minuets to get drink. I forgot!

Came here from good reviews from others, will never come back again. Waited well over an hour just for food to come out. Granted, we were a party of 11, but the waitress could've came every so often to let us know what the status of food was. Besides that, we had 3 kids and their food should've came out first and I swear they forgot one of the kids plates because they brought hers dead last. Disorganized. Server forgot the drinks. Wrong order came. Waffle was hard. Omelette was cold. I can only assume the food sat. We had to request our food redone. Some utensils were dirty. Apparently, the kitchen walked out recently and all the kitchen is new, plus understaffed. Manger was nowhere in site.

Waited 25 minutes to be seated for a half full restaurant. Then waited an additional 50 minutes just for food to get to us, on top of the initial wait. Definitely didn't know we were walking into a 2 hour breakfast just unacceptable. At least the food was good like a normal Keke's. Won't be returning again

Very disappointed in a simple breakfast Scrambled eggs were cold, tasteless, and rubbery. Home fries cold and very small portion French toast was a horrible disaster. I think they put a slice of bread in the toaster for 10 seconds, then put cinnamon and powered sugar on it Certainly the most disappointing French toast I've ever had I've had a hamburger from here as well a while back, and that was very disappointing as well Not wasting any more time trying this place out.
